As an Anthropology major, you will embark on a fascinating journey exploring the diverse facets of human culture, biology, and society. The core curriculum provides you with a solid foundation in anthropology, encompassing archaeology, cultural anthropology, physical anthropology, and more. You’ll engage in the analysis of language, kinship, and social structures while delving into anthropological theory and statistical methodologies.
To further tailor your Anthropology major, you will select at least 15 hours of additional 3000/4000-level anthropology courses, guided by the expertise of your faculty adviser. This customization allows you to delve deeper into areas of anthropology that align with your passions and career aspirations.
